All shoes listed on Saola.co.nz are stocked and shipped from our Christchurch warehouse.
NEW ZEALAND
Your shoes will be shipped from our Christchurch warehouse on Castle Parcel couriers for $12, allow 5 working days, add an extra 2 days for rural deliveries.
AUSTRALIA
Shipping to Australia is $30 NZD for untracked insured parcel post.
Your shoes will be shipped from our Christchurch warehouse on NZ Post.
Please note, we have found shipping times from New Zealand to Australia are taking longer than usual. Please allow for plenty of time for your parcel to arrive.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND WARRANTY INFORMATION
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
We will be happy to process returns or exchanges on any unused full-priced items and undamaged SAOLA Shoes purchased on Saola.co.nz within 30 days of the purchase date. All products must be returned in original packaging.
No refunds on sale items but we are happy to exchange.
Return shipping for one exchange is on usĀ – you arrange the courier back to us (at your cost) and we will send out the new exchange pair without a delivery charge (New Zealand orders only).
All other return shipping costs to be paid by the customer. Not valid on sale items, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
To process a return, email shop@saola.co.nz with your order number and return or exchange request. We will review and then refund, credit, or replace.
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after receipt and inspection of the products at our warehouse.
If you purchased shoes from one of our retail partners, please return shoes directly to that location, where they will issue you a warranty exchange or refund.
WARRANTY
SAOLA shoes offer a 6-month warranty against any manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship. This does not include normal wear and tear, improper care, product abuse, or use of the product for unintended purposes. Warranties can be submitted up to six months from the original date of purchase, with proof of purchase. If you purchased shoes directly from our online store, please email us here with your order number, proof of purchase, and photos detailing your issue.
If you purchased shoes from one of our retail partners, please return shoes directly to that location, where they will issue you a repair, warranty exchange, or refund.
